Look Good... Feel Better is an initiative of the member companies of ACCORD Australasia Ltd (Advocate for the Consumer, Cosmetic, Hygiene and Specialty Products Industry). Established by the cosmetic industry in 1990 (through its former industry association, the CTFAA), the program is available in all state and territories. Since that time over 70,000 women living with cancer have been helped by the program. Look Good...Feel Better is a free community service program dedicated to helping women undergoing treatment for cancer. The purpose of the program is to help them manage the appearance related side effects of chemotherapy and radiotherapy, thereby helping to restore their appearance and self image.

Swadesh Development Association, a non-profit organisation, was launched to provide food, medicines, and education to the people of the village of Noorpara, Bangladesh. Noorpara is the home village of one of True Solutions International's own warehouse staff, Azam Mohammed Ali.

Their most recent achievement, funded by Spa Universe°'s parent company True Solutions International, has been providing Scholarships for 21 students of the village, and food for 100 families.

The Swadesh Development Association is now working towards building solar panels to supply power for the entire village. They are also building an IT School in order to further educate children from the village.
