The DECLEOR story so far...

The DECLÉOR story started 35 years ago through the application of both passion and energy.

At that time it was known as CLEOR (The Clé en Or or Golden Key that opens the Temple of Beauty), and its philosophy was "Be more than skin-deep" and each iniative was designed for the wellbeing of the body, the skin and the spirit, and astonishingly holistic and cutting-edge approach.

And that was in 1974!

Given the current debate about parabens, which are universally tolerated preservatives regularly mentioned in the media, their use has become a major concern for consumers. This is why DECLÉOR now offers paraben-free formulae in its line of moisturising* products for all skin types.

Hydra Floral Paraben Free Moisturising Emulsion has a fresh, fluid texture and offers fast absorption combined with a pleasant feeling of freshness for normal and combination skin.

To replace the parabens DECLÉOR has created a synergy of ingredients to preserve and provide antimicrobial protection:-

Moisturising and softening agents with preserving properties

Hydra Floral Paraben Free Moisturising Emulsion immediately relaxes the skin and quenches its thirst, replenishes and moisturises and protects against pollution.

Active Ingredients

- Mint and Orange Blossom Floral Waters : 10%
- Neroli Essential Oil: 0.02%
- Original Orange Water : 10%
- Codium Extract – a Marine Alga : 2%
- Wild Pansy Extract, which encourages the production of aquaporins : 2%
- Hazelnut Plant Oil, Shea Butter, Plant Squalane 9%
- Provitamine B5: 1%
- Microproteins from the seeds of Moringa oleifera : 1,5%
