1. Can cosmetic skincare really ‘Turn Back Time’ or do I need the stronger cosmeceuticals?
   
   Cosmetic skincare can help prevent visible signs of skin ageing when used in conjunction with sunscreens, but cosmeceuticals have the power to reduce the visible signs of skin ageing – fine lines, uneven skin tones and other skin ageing concerns.
    
2. What makes the cosmeceutical skincare different to cosmetic skincare products?
   
   Cosmeceutical skincare products generally contain optimal concentrations of key ingredients that have been pharmaceutically proven to give results.
   
   
3. What sort of key ingredients are found in cosmeceuticals?
   
   The gold standard of cosmeceuticals are AHAs (alpha hydroxy acids) such as Glycolic and Lactic Acids, Vitamins A, C and E and antioxidants like PRIORI CoffeeBerry®* or Idebenone. They’re all proven to give results, from less fine lines to a more even skin tone.
    
4. At what age should I start an anti-ageing skincare program?
   
   Begin in early teens with age prevention products such as an effective cleanser and a daily moisturiser with sunscreen that contains 6% or more Zinc eg true° solutions® suncare products. Other product lines I would recommend for this age group are true° skincare, md formulations®, DECLÉOR and JW ORGANICS®, all of which have specific lines to take care of young skins’ typical concerns which are problematic or maintaining a healthy youthful glow.
    
5. What should I add to my skincare regime in my 20s?
